If you would still like to send us your CV and covering letter, then we can at least promise that we will read it.  We look for candidates with a head for Excel analysis (pivot tables), some database experience (can you perhaps write Access queries?) and a proven love for ways of making data “nice” and “approachable”.  Account Management/Exec experience at any FMCG company wouldn’t hurt neither, particularly if it involves actively using IRI, AC Nielsen, Tescolink, Retail Link, or similar data.
